As president and founder of Cellular Recycler, Mr. Greenhaw has over 11 years of experience in business growth planning, sales, marketing and operations management. He has effectively managed multimillion-dollar revenue streams and possesses proven success in increasing annual sales in competitive wireless communication environments. Prior to founding Cellular Recycler, Mr. Greenhaw served as both president and vice-president of sales at US Redial, a leading cellular wholesaler with over $20M in annual revenue and fewer than 12 employees on staff. While at US Redial, he doubled the company's sales yearly and maximized profit by lowering operational expenses and streamlining sales and warehouse operations. He also generated $7M in new revenue and increased AT&T's market share by launching a city-by-city cellular switch strategy in Indianapolis and San Diego. By developing relationships with leading cellular providers such as Verizon, MCI and Cingular Wireless, he produced $3M in sales. Mr. Greenhaw holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Jason Gelfand Environmental Management Specialist Jason Gelfand has over eight years of warehouse management and logistics experience for three Colorado-based wholesalers. He has managed a volume of over 2.5 million cellular phones per year through the facilities he manages and supported $10M in annual sales. A University of Colorado graduate specializing in environmental studies in biogeochemistry, Mr. Gelfand is the end-of-life specialist in the cellular field. He has been recognized for writing a groundbreaking study of end-of-life electronics and works at the speed of seven men.
Nick Buckley
Nick Buckley, a business marketing graduate of the University of Colorado, has been in the used wireless industry for over four years. He has also done countless amounts of research and written a comprehensive research paper on "Sustainability in the Used Cell phone Industry" which has been used to educate wireless carriers on the importance of cell phone recycling. Working heavily on the non-profit collections side of the business, Nick has worked with some of the nation's largest non-profits on a national level and has developed new logistics and customer interfaces that several other companies have later deployed.
Justin OConnell
Justin OConnell has nearly a decade of experience in the technology industry. A University of Colorado at Boulder graduate, Mr. OConnell has Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering. He worked as a private consultant for four years, working with companies from $10K to $50M annual revenue. Mr. OConnell has consulted on technology-based business proposals and business technology infrastructure and has designed large-scale database and inventory systems capable of over one million transactions per year. He has an in-depth understanding of the hardware and software utilized in cell phones, including testing and repair at every level. He has direct experience with industry standard equipment in networking, servers, storage and workstations and is fluent in more than ten programming languages. Specializing in systems design, Mr. OConnell is able to efficiently build and integrate hardware and software solutions tailored to the businesses' evolving needs. |
